Realtor-Designer Behind a 7,900-Sale Etsy Shop Launches "I See Patterns," a Niche-Pattern Apparel Line for Professionals, Ahead of NAR NXT 2026
Glendora real estate agent Kelly Gauer turns five years of Etsy design success into a Shopify storefront of bold, all-over-print polos, blouses, blazers, and dresses designed for real estate agents and other niche professions — just in time for the industry's largest conference.
GLENDORA, Calif., October 16, 2026 — Real estate agents spend thousands on signage, headshots, and ads to be remembered — and then show up to conferences and open houses wearing the same plain polo as everyone else. Kelly Gauer, a Glendora-based Realtor and designer, built I See Patterns (shopiseepatterns.com) to fix that: all-over-print apparel patterned for specific professions and passions, led by a real estate line of men's polos and women's blouses, blazers, and dresses covered in houses, keys, "sold" signs, and neighborhood motifs.
The launch follows five years of selling her designs on Etsy as ISeePatterns247, where she has completed more than 7,900 sales with a 4.9-star average across roughly 1,900 reviews. The new Shopify store expands the line to more than 140 made-to-order designs spanning real estate, golf, pickleball, skilled trades, teaching, western, and holiday collections, in sizes S–5XL.
The timing targets NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience, the National Association of Realtors' annual conference, held November 6–8, 2026, in New Orleans, where more than ten thousand agents gather to network. "At a conference, your outfit is your first introduction," said Gauer. "Everybody remembers the agent in the house-pattern polo. I design the shirt that starts the conversation before you ever hand over a business card."
"I spent five years on Etsy learning exactly which patterns people in each niche actually wear," Gauer added. "Realtors are my people — I'm one of them. I See Patterns is what happens when a working agent designs for agents."
