Shipping policy

At I See Patterns, we believe in creating products more thoughtfully. To help reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste, our items are made to order rather than mass-produced and stored in a warehouse. Your item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing Time

All items are made to order and typically require 1–4 business days to produce and prepare for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days.

Please keep in mind that processing and shipping times are separate. From the date your order is placed, your estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 10–15 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on production and fulfillment.
