How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days, shipping takes 7-15 business days, so most orders arrive in about 10-20 business days from ordering. You'll receive tracking when it ships, and tracking may take a few days to update.
Why made to order?
So we can offer lots of niche designs without mass-producing stock that goes to waste. Your item is created especially for you.
How do I pick a size?
Use the size chart on each product page and measure before you order — these use European sizing, so it may differ from what you expect.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect it when it arrives and email us immediately at the address in our Refund Policy, with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll evaluate it and make it right.
Can I return or exchange it?
You have 7 days after delivery to request a return for eligible items in their original, unworn condition. For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Do you offer discounts or free shipping?
Yes — 10% off your first order with FIRST10, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Two polos gets most shoppers there.
Why should I trust a new shop?
